I'm passionate about helping businesses provide their customers and clients with best-in-class CX Design.

If I can take care of a customer's needs by understanding them and making it simple and enjoyable for them to complete tasks, I can boost a brand's ability to acquire and retain customers, which in the end, is a big win for both the brand and customers.

Professionally, I'm skilled at delivering high-quality CX/UX design assets in an Agile development environment. I also enjoy managing, mentoring and reviewing the design work of more junior designers or direct reports.

I'm naturally curious, so I tend to ask a fair amount of questions when I approach any new project. One of the things I like about UX design work is that it's quantifiable and measurable. I enjoy conducting user research and usability testing as needed and incorporating the findings into design iterations in order to improve the final experience.

On a personal note - I enjoy cooking and getting together with old friends, I love to travel with my 2 daughters (aged 13 and 17) when I can, I have been riding motorcycles since 1991 and love to scuba dive. I'm a big military history fan and am usually reading 2 or 3 books about some period in history at any given time.
